A relaxation or Swedish massage relaxes your muscles and brings your body back to complete rest. It gives you energy and allows you to reconnect with yourself. It is therefore ideal for finishing a training session or simply letting all tension slip away without training.
Trigger point massage addresses muscle pain by resolving so-called trigger points or muscle knots. These knots can develop in various places in the body due to overuse, poor posture, stress, or an accident. The massage is non-invasive and helps you regain your freedom of movement.
Relaxation and trigger point massage can also be combined. With calm, flowing movements, I first help your body release tension, slow your breathing, and calm your nervous system. For a moment, there are no obligations, just relaxation and recharging. From that state of relaxation, I then work more specifically to target the trigger points: using adjusted pressure and gentle friction, I help the muscle release so that it can move freely again.
