How do I proceed?

Introduction and intake

We start with an extensive discussion. I listen to your wishes, goals, and challenges. I also assess your current level and take into account any injuries or limitations you may have.

Personal training program

Based on the intake information, I will develop a training program that really suits you. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, improve your fitness or simply have more energy in your daily life, I will provide the right program. If necessary, I will adjust the program during the course of the workout sessions. You can closely monitor the progress of your exercises by using a handy, clear app.

Motivation and coaching

I am by your side during every training session. I challenge you, correct you where necessary, and ensure that you remain motivated. This way, we make progress together, step by step.
